We founded The ADHD Clinic because, for us, ADHD isn’t just something we treat, it’s something we live with every day. Both of Shift Collab’s co-founders have ADHD and have shared their own journey navigating therapy and ADHD challenges. That personal connection inspired us to build a clinic where care is designed specifically for ADHDers. We’re passionate about creating a space that’s compassionate, practical, and truly gets it, because we know firsthand how powerful the right support can be.
Clients can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where their experience is understood. We start with small, practical wins, tailored to how ADHD shows up for you. Sessions are about building momentum, finding tools that actually work, and setting realistic goals, not one-size-fits-all advice. Our therapists act as accountability partners, helping you navigate challenges like focus, overwhelm, emotional regulation, time management and more. As you progress, we’ll help you build structure, routines, and confidence for the long term.
We offer individualized therapy for ADHDers (diagnosed or self-identified), support for partners and family, and resources like blog posts, bite-sized tools, and workshops. Our clinic model includes: a 50-minute therapy sessions (virtual or in-person), a structured care pathway: Momentum (clarity & quick wins), Shift (building skills), and Thrive (ongoing support), a personalized ADHD toolkits and resources to help between sessions, and therapist matching through a simple questionnaire for best-fit care.
